when walking my dog down Park Ave today I noticed that at the Pennsauken Leaf facility a Pennsauken employee either was sleeping or reading a newspaper while sitting on his front end loader, do you think that he could possibly be put to work by removing debrie from the gutters do to the storms and clean up leaves and branches or does he have special privledges from Bernie Kofet to get paid to do nothing. Is#n&8217;t the GPS system working or was that another waste of Township monies. Maybe Bernie should have a GPS in his vehicle
